An anarchist uprising rocks Chicago, with simultaneous attacks on various Socialist strongholds throughout the city. In the confusion, a band of Anarchist rebels break out Albert, a mysterious German scientist. The escape goes sideways, and Albert and Emily’s journeys collide.
